HOW TO MAKE BUTTER
RECEIPE
* Whipping milk.
Note: we use whipping milk rather than butter milk because whipping milk contains a lot of fat than butter milk. You can use your butter milk for cooking, baking related stuff.
PROCEDURES
* Pour the whipping milk into a mixing bowl, using a whisk or preferably a hand mixer (hand or stand mixer works perfectly for this recipe than a whisk) mix until you see some milk in the bowl. Using a sieve, sieve out the milk leaving the fat. The sieved out milk can serve as butter milk when you want to bake.
* Pour some cold water into the bowl containing the fat and wash. Sieve out the water. Repeat the process until the water comes out neat (the water contains no milk).
* Using a parchment, shape the fat into your desired shape and refrigerate. You can skip this step. Just put the fat into a container and refrigerate.
* Your butter is ready.
