How to make fried rice
HOW TO MAKE FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS
* Chicken
* Shrimps
* Onion (diced)
* Carrots (diced)
* Green beans (diced)
* Green peas
* Sweet corn
* Green bell pepper (diced)
* Yellow bell pepper (diced)
* Vegetable oil
* Ginger
* Garlic
* Black pepper
* Salt & seasonings
* Ginger and garlic
* Curry powder
PREPARATIONS
* Wash and season the chicken with salt, seasoning, ginger, curry powder and garlic. Allow it to steam for 10mins then add some water. Allow to cook until it's tender then fry.
* Season the shrimps with some seasoning and black pepper. Let it marinade for 10mins the fry.
* Heat some oil in a pot, add some diced oil. Add the washed rice and toast for 5mins. Add the chicken stock and some water. The water should be slightly above the rice. Adjust with salt and seasoning if necessary.
* In a pan, add some oil, onion and fry for a minute. Add the carrots and green peas and fry for two minutes. Add the bell peppers and sweet corn and fry for extra two minutes.
* Add the fried veggies into the cooked rice or mix them in batches.
